14000 annual deduction. Refunded at the end of the year. Poor people hardly pay taxes!!!

Sales tax based, collected throughout the year.

Drastic reduction in IRS.

Everyone pays taxes....no way to avoid or duck.

Or.... keep the same system.

ive been accused of burglarizing my best friends house last month. she says there was a voice recorder in her house and my soon to be ex husband of course identified me on the recorder. i of couse was not the person that robbed her, but my husband is out to get as much trouble on me before we go to court. hes already continued one court date for stupid reasons. I just found out that the home owner is not coming to court because he does not believe that I am the one who did it. His girlfriend is the one that talks to my husband, and wants to proceed with the charges although she does not own the home. Will this case even hold up in court if the home owner is not present? Is it legal to bring a voice recorder to court without permission by the party being recorded? And also, my husband is coming to court with the girlfriend of the home owner, is it possible to have him escorted out of the court room seeing that it could jepordize any of our divorce proceedings?

I need help. My question is about what are some measures that need to be taken towards the stiff penalties of downloading music off the internet being that many people do it like its no big deal and still get sued. And second how would you monitor people to prevent people that are wrongfully accused of downloading?

Many illegal immigrants get fake social security cards and fake SS numbers of dead US citizens. The SS number is their passage to jobs in America. Unless these companies can spot a fake SS card, I believe it is up to the IRS to red flag these bogus ID's or better yet, why is social security collecting money from their payroll checks from DEAD PEOPLE's social security numbers????

My dad has a court meeting as a witness on the Federal Court and I don't have a personal ID. I am 16 years old and I have heard that if you are under 18 you are not required to carry an ID with you.
