In Australia we have heard alot obout how "evil" George Bush and his cronies are and i have seen the movie "9/11 In Plane Site" which was shown here on TV saying that the planes that flew in the buildings were not commericial airliners but military planes and they exploded before hitting the towers. Do you think there are glowering discrepancies with what the Government has said in regards to what happened? Do you think Middle Eastern people have been framed as being terrorists terrorists but the terrorists are the US Government? Please give me your thoughts?

I don't really see U.S.A as a great superpower now because China and India are rising both ecomonically and and educationally. If the United States doesn't change it's political and educational system soon 10-50 years we would be just another third world country. Truthfully I want America to be on top and stay on top.

I tagged another car two weaks ago. The officer thought me hit and skip, asked me to inform my insurance company and filed the police report. The judge asked me to pay the damage of the other car. However, my insurance company hasn't gotten any call from the other party. I was a little confused. Will the police leave the notice on his car since he is not at scene? If not, can I contact him directly? I just got the police report

I'm a little confused,what exactly are our troops doing in Irak, besides being in the crossfire, it's been a while since I haven't heard about the other coward OSAMA (hiding in the hole) BINLADEN, and the letters on the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED banner are decoloring, so call me crazy , but last I can remember was ,that the world was supposed to be safer now. Me and 2 friends just moved in an abandond house. Another friend of mine told us if we elive here for a year without getting cought the place is ours. We told another guy about if we estay there for a year and he said "yea thats squatters law". i just want to know if thats true or not.

My husband is in the marine corps. He has been physically abusive 3 thimes in the last 4 months. I have not reported this b/c he is an MP and I didn't want to stop the support we recieve from his income having 2 small children. (the children have never witnessed the physical abuse) But now that I'm ready to leave he claims he will get help. My question is if I file for legal seperation will the military help me get my belongings home (I'm 2100miles away)? I cant afford it on my own and I'm afraid to stay. i am sad to even come home from work these days. Am I trapped or is there help somewhere?

The last turn over of the position of Chief Justice, was from Burger to Rehnquist, and at the time, Rehnquist was already on the Supreme court as an associate justice.

Why then, this past year, was a completely new person selected for the position of Chief Justice? (John Roberts)

Would it not make sense to give the position of Chief Justice to an already experienced Justice, and a new justice replace him or her as an associate?

I'm not quite sure how the law of selecting a Chief Justice works, and why they would choose a completely new person this time, to head up the Supreme Court.

iam a dual citizin orginaly from sudan ,, i came to usa 1998 till 2000,, then i went to sudan ,, then i get back to usa JUN/2/2006
my wife and my child still in sudan,, what i have to do to bring'em

County police officer, pulled behind me after supposedly not stopping fully, waited almost a mile to pull me over, seems like if I ran a stop sign he would have pulled me over immediately, is there a limit to how far a cop can follow away from scene of "crime" before pulling a person over?

Its always on again , off again with the child support and i am sick of it ! The judge had put my ex on work release at one point in time to get him to pay child support. Now he is unemployed and not paying again. I checked with all the agencies but b/c the non-custodial is not in contempt of the court the judge allows him to continue not paying.I went from 100 dollars a week to nothing, and it has been 6 months. Am I allowed to contact the judge personally to beg for his assistance and state the effects of his decison. I am a single parent of three and was attending college (senior year) but have since had to drop out, get back on welfare, and work two jobs and the kids go without alot of things . Am I allowed to speak to the judge. call, write, or e-mail him to influence his decision or will this hurt my case. Have you ever heard of anyone doing such a thing? I have been in touch with every agency imaginable and they have all said it is out of their hands everything is based on judge

We have a grassroots group of neighbors who are not fighting the development, but we are trying to save the parkland space next to it that belongs to the citizens. Our City has illegally swapped part of the parkland and we have forced a special election to take place next month so the citizens can vote on whether to reverse the land swap. But already the developer has begun bulldozing the parkland before the election! We can't go to the City to get it stopped because our officials are on the developer's side. They are the ones who voted to swap the parkland! We want to go before a county judge to request an injunction. Where do we start? Is there a certain legal paper we fill out? We don't have money for an attorney. Please help quickly before all our space is ruined.
