So basically you have ZERO regard for the safety of all the other people on the road. You regularly threaten the lives of others with a 2000 pound weapon and do not care.
In Missouri 3 within 10 years is a felony, but the legislature is currently considering a bill that would remove the 10 years and make it 3 with no time limit. Personally i think the first should be a felony with a minimum year in jail.
You are no different than someone walking into a supermarket or school with a gun or knife and threatening the lives of other people.
You should be locked away for a minimum of 10-15 years, and should never be allowed to drive or own a vehicle ever again.

In a lot of states, the 3rd or 4th DUI is a felony. The DA can request that you are determined to be a "habitual offender". If this happens, it is a felony if you are caught behind the wheel (intoxicated or not).
Get help before you kill someone.
When you drink and drive, you are just like some idiot that fires a gun into a crowded supermarket. You could care less if you murder a child, mother, father, brother, or sister.
Party all you want --- just stay off the roads.

The first offense takes 5 years to come off the books. Any subsequent offense during those 5 will stair step. For example, if the first was in 1990, and the second was in 1994, it would be 1999 before either comes off the books. If there was a third in 1998. then 2003 would be the ending timeframe.

I am not really sure what your question is. Better hope you aren't in VA I think our laws are more strict than lots of other places. But yes it is now a felony regardless of where you are! I'm not sure why you didn't get it(learn your lesson? the first couple of times. You are facing jail/ prison time (mandtory 90days - up 2 5 years in va). Higher fines then before (mandatory $1000 in va). And you licence will be gone for a while (indefinitly revoked in va). I am just glad you didn't kill anybody. Or did you??!! acutally I am glad our laws are strict on that.

Any time you have a repeat of the same offense in under 1 year you may get charged with Habitual Offender as it shows a pattern of behavior.

It would not make you a bad be sure! as long as he's not appearing unusual (mutually with being overly drained suddenly or vomiting) he could be effective. If he landed on carpet the worst he would stumble upon is a few carpet burn if he skidded a sprint on the touchdown. If he hit a not undemanding floor you may wanna examine for any bruising. once you're nonetheless very worried interior the morning it somewhat is somewhat helpful to place a decision to his pediatrician. **edit** wow after examining each and all the posts of the girls formerly me i'm so chuffed none of meanies got here out for this one. driving while what? even though it is more than ten years, three times is usualy all anyone will put up with. I dont know your state but most states have adopted the third infraction to be a felony, if it involves a motor vehicle. Dont really blame them, tho! people get killed by people driving when they shouldnt.
