A single mom I know works for every penny (with no welfare), and earned a 2-yr. degree in the process. Yet, three other families I know have 100% of their rent paid by the government, (plus get food stamps), yet they have two cars, cell phones, big screen t.v.s,... things that would make you think they actually HAVE money. They're not mentally ill, either! All four families have kids. It doesn't seem fair, maybe the working single mom should just quit her job and collect $800 to $1000 a month for nothing, plus get some food stamps, too. Do you think this system is fair?

I feel that is a total waste of time and energy arguing with people that have no problem with abortion. It doesn't matter what I say, their views won't change. It doesn't matter how much evidence, sientific data, or how much its wrong they simply don't care. Telling someone that abortion is executing your own child is like trying to tell a sex offender that molesting kids is wrong. You just can't get through to them. anyone else fell this way?

Pandorma
By:---

Chapter 1: The Beginning of the End

In the beginning, The Pandorma Initiative was a harmless group of scientist working to cure a new type of cancer that was killing thousands every day. The cancer was a communicable disease that could be transferred by blood or saliva. They quarantined the infected, and ran tests to try and save them.
The disease mutated and was no longer a cancer, it was a pandemic. The disease was named Tannic. Tannic became both a health and military hazard and was quickly spreading in South America where the quarantine base was stationed. America closed the boarder to Mexico with force of the entire Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, National Guard and Special Forces. The rule was “Killing on sight”. Mexico and the Mexicans in America were mad, the Mexican population rioted leaving most of America ruined and the Police were not the law any more. When Tannic finally came into the U.S.A, it was by boat from Cuba where no calls,

Look at it like this, every american male is obligated to 6 years of his life in defense of our nation. Many men, and now some women, have fought and died for our country and the rights that you people enjoy to this day. Do you think you are above serving? I did my time, as did my father and his father. I have no sons, but three out of three of my daughters proudly serve as we speak. Take the inner city thugs who fight gang wars and drug wars for turf and other stupid things, and let them fight for a good cause, our freedom!

I have a suspicion that my sister's boyfriend is being unfaithful to her. He bailed out from meeting with her last week cause he said he had to sign out his 2 friends out of jail (or the holding area) for underage drinking. Can a 24 yrs with no association such as being family or guardian do that for two underage kids? I would think that you would need to be some form of guardian or at least a family member to do this.

No weapons of mass destruction. Spreading freedom? Cuba would have been alot easier and it wouldn't have cost so much $ and more important so many lifes. A threat to US security? there are other nations that are a bigger threat.
Is it oil? or is it to gain control of the region?
If oil is the reason, why are gas prices so high?
I don't know if I'm mistaken, but it seems to me that the reason is oil; and, it is not for the benefit of US as a nation, but for the benefit of the few who own and control the oil industry in the US.
It seems like the war in Iraq was intentionally meant to be a disaster, with the only purpose of destabilize world oil supply to maximize profit at home. Besides this, wars are very expensive and a lot, a lot of money is involved. Big contracts, big commissions to those involved, big profit in overpriced war's supplies and equipment. All the millions of dollars spent dropping bombs in Afghanistan in random locations, just for the heck of it $.

Suppose I had a farm or something, with spare space there, and made a road through my farm that would serve as a dragstrip. I then call some friends over, and we do donuts and race around. Idk. Then a cop shows up and supposedly tries to "bust" us. Since it's my property, is it still considered illegal street racing? I mean, its my business, why would he care?
