Since they won't stop, we will have to fight them or die. I don't believe we are trying to protect the holy land, although the radical Islamists want it at all costs. If it was just that, the US would probably walk away from it. No, it's because many of them believe that all people must convert to Islam, even if it means threatening people with death if they do not.

The first part of any problem is to see that it exists. As yet there are still too many people that can't believe their eyes. Once they do believe it then we can unite against them.

It is very difficult to come up with an answer to the problem you proposed because the Muslims are sworn to either convert the world (all religions) or partake in a Jihad which will kill all non-believers. It is so written in the Quaran.

The problem lies within who owns Israel/Palestine. Either way, one group will think they are being treated unfairly. With land that holy, both groups will never agree to a fair compromise. That is why there will never be peace. Call it cynical, I call it realism
