I'd say it's fiction. If WikiPedia doesn't have it (sometimes they're accused of having TOO much), then no, I'd say he's not. I've also never heard this rumor; I'd say it was created because he's known as a war hero who did no wrong.

No. He was not. He wasn't even a Pedophile. Only locations that have no system of checks and balances would even entertain that notion.

he passed away in 1971. he won the congressional medal of honor, etc. why would you ask that after 30+ years?
