Do you think the American Government engineered the 9/11 terrorist attacks?

In Australia we have heard alot obout how "evil" George Bush and his cronies are and i have seen the movie "9/11 In Plane Site" which was shown here on TV saying that the planes that flew in the buildings were not commericial airliners but military planes and they exploded before hitting the towers. Do you think there are glowering discrepancies with what the Government has said in regards to what happened? Do you think Middle Eastern people have been framed as being terrorists terrorists but the terrorists are the US Government? Please give me your thoughts?

I wasn't accusing anyone so don't take it the wrong way. I was just wondering what everyone thought about it. I never said GB was evil, i just said that alot of people say it.
The only problem i have is that John Howard (our PM) is a retard who sends our troops over to iraq when the war on terror has nothing to do with us.

why do American people get so up tight when any one asks this question. it concerns them more than everyone. they might have been lied to by there government and they need to ask these questions them self's . the American people don't work for bush . bush work for the people he is paid to look after them not to lie to them . but Americans treat him like a emperor or a king . all evidence i have seen shows that there is a possibility that the government maybe involved.
it may have been easy to hijack a few planes but how did these Arabs have the power to take over control of the air defence systems of the most power full nation in the world.
and who gained from these acts not the American people not the Arabs ? the people in the US government have all gained AR MES OIL control over the middle east and the longer these wars go on the more they will gain.
i sometimes see some snarly answers from some people on this site they say go back and find put on your tin foil hat. but i say they are the fools whats the problem with trying to know for sure if you have been lied to.America wake up because you are the real victims innocent people are getting murdered in your name.

I've seen the footage you're talking about. How the Pentagon didn't have a "big enough hole" for a commercial plane, and some of the other "questionable" situations.

Let me assure you that these "loophole", and unintelligent "theories" are about as lame as they are plentiful. And if I can't assure you, perhaps the regular people on the airlines have families that would be happy to back that up. We even have a movie in America about one of the airline passengers who was largely responsible for grounding Flight 91 in a field in Pennsylvana instead of the White House. It's not propaganda when real people with real families tell their stories.

The Government, even after spending a billion dollars on an investigation, may still be without EVER fact, but has enough to know what happened. It happens in every investigation.

Look, even Australia's Prime Minister John Howard had a few things to say about Middle Easterners and Terrorists. I see no reason to insult you, but seriously, this is not a country that would blow ourselves up to make a point.

There are other countries where that is commonplace; this is not one of them.

I looked at live feed that day of the towers and other footage afterward and it wasn't any military aircraft that went into the towers. There are also cameras that caught footage of the terrorist assholes that got onto the flights. Hell, we had people on the planes calling their loved ones telling them what the heck was happening, etc. Get over it. We pointed our fingers in the right direction.

If you are referring to the footage of the pentagon. Yes the plane was moving to fast to get a clear shot via the cameras because of how close they were, but there were witnesses as well. This isn't a plot by the US government. ****, I am wasting my time here. Believe what ever you want mate.

Categorically no. The aircraft that flew into the building were FAA certified in flight pattern as the commercial aircraft they were.

US Government as terrorists? Stop watching CNN and the BBC becuase they hate G.W. and will do anything to suborn him. The Islamofascists conducting a jihad against non believers are the terrorists. Understand they want to kill all non believers and will do so without regard to gender or nationality. There are way too many facts that are conveniently ignored by the supporters of the war which indicate an incredible amount of suspicion towards supporting your question....It doesn't matter what everybody else thinks anyway...the fact is the US wanted war and an excuse to keep the masses in fear (just look at their phony attempt to the world in linking WMD's to Iraq)...whether they engineered it, I doubt, whether they allowed it to happen intentionally or not; highly probable.....

No, the Islamic extremists are in fact terrorists, and the worst of the sort in our present world. Bush is not an evil man, regardless of whether or not you agree with his policies. In fact, it has nothing to do with whether or not I like his policies; he is NOT an evil man. It is the Islamic extremists, those sniveling rats in dirty head scarves who aren't even real Muslims at all, that are responsible for 9/11, and the majority of global terrorism today. That's a fact.
