I don't have any political affiliation, but I am so fed up with stealth taxes, and I would be willing to go to jail over the council tax, but would I be supported. What do you think?

Story in the Sun today on the Farepak christmas fiasco. Apparently the Sun is trying to raise 10 million to distribute between the families that have lost their christmas savings.
Only 40 of the 646 mp's have donated a day's pay at £165 so far. Do you think it reflects how much they really care in a way?

I just got an email from an underground source claiming the following:

"Tell Bush and Congress
No Draft No Way!

We must take action now to stop the draft before it starts.

A new bill to be introduced in Congress in January will mandate military service for men and women between the ages of 18 and 42. The failure of the U.S. effort to occupy Iraq, as well as plans to take military action against Iran and possibly North Korea, has stretched the military to the breaking point and the Pentagon needs thousands of more troops to carry out the agenda of global dominance."

Okay, both men AND women?In fact, I don't even think women currently have to fill out a selective service card, do they?--and to the age of 42? The original conscript age was between 18 and 26. That seems like the most drastic draft measure that would ever have been taken in the U.S. Is this a hoax?

a few weeks ago my husband was involved in a car accident, the other driver was given the ticket at the scene of the accident, and my husband concerened with the other drivers condition called an ambulance for her. well when i called to file a claim with her insurance company i find out her policy has been cancelled, so i file the claim under my uninsured motorist. well now come to find out the other driver is being represented by an attorney and claiming bodily injury. Is it possible for her to win anything being that she was the one who recieved the ticket at the accident and my husband did not recieve any citations or anything?

About 3 years ago I took my exhusband "to the cleaners". His CS was so high it totally wiped him out financially. Then to top it off he got fired from the high paying job a year later. Now he's in a hole he can't get out of.

We need a drastic CS reduction. What is best way to go about this? Should we go to an attorney together? Or should we modify it downward through CS enforcement. We both agree to $400 a month. He hasn't paid in a year because he just hasn't had the money since he lost that job. What's the best way to get this taken care of and make things fair.

Please no judgemental comments, I'm racked with guilt as it is. Thanks in advance for any good info.

should be held respsonsible for his decision to let the man out, and charged with manslaughter. This psycho was allowed out for 1 hour, went into a park and murdered a man riding his bike, he obviously isnt stable and is very disturbed. If the psychiatrist is put in prison himself this will deter other psychiatrists and parole officers who let prisoners out of prison early on parole think twice. The amount of murders that happen by people out on parole is disgusting. Do these people not realise that the general publics lives are in their hands and that letting these people out early is dangerous?

I have applied for Australian student visa under subclass 574 assessment level 3, have lodged applcation in pakistan on 26th of sep. MY course commencement date on Confrmation of Enolement letter is 23rd october, I have fulfilled all medical and CoE requirements before 20th October.How long it will take to get visa. The normal time period for getting visa under sublass 574 is 3 months, I am an sposored student and have to avail my scholarship in current year. As the commencement date of my course has passed so would I be needing another CoE letter with some later date for getting visa.

I reported some one for spam and advertising and I asked a question asking if anyone else was annoyed by this person. I cut and pasted the persons message and used it in my question as proff it was happeneing.
Then I got reported for spam and advertising even though they weren't my words. !!!!!

How unfair is that ??
