A few weeks ago on a wednesday evening, 5 people and I were camping outside of circuit city awaiting to receive our playstation 3s after about 6 hours of camping, at around 1 am, a mall security guard kicks us off the property, can he do this?

I've heard a lot of hype lately about the government bringing back the military draft (sp?). Could they really do something like that? I mean, I'm almost positive that from a legal standpoint they could, but do you think Americans would tolerate it this time around? I know in previous years men ran to Canada and that sort of thing, so it was never fully tolerated, but what would it be like today, in modern times? Would you go? Would you allow your 18 year old daughters and sons to go? What would you do to avoid it, or would you be in favor of it?

Watched a show in brief on this where some policemen, etc are experiencing health problems due to the dust in the aftermath of the 911 wreckage.

I have mixed feelings on this.

When a policeman gets shot and injured on duty, does he sue? No

When a fireman gets burned on duty, does he sue? No.

I don't mean to be heartless. Just wondering why on earth they are suing over this.

Am I missing some points or something with their argument?

If you are a legal mexican and have moral values, you will condemn these thieves and law-breakers. I am sick of being labeled as a "supporter" of these lawbreakers who think nothing of our laws, and not only cross over, but come only to breed their babies so they can then claim harrassment when being deported.

And don't give me the usual sob-story--where will they go? Do you know how Mexican government treats illegals from south of their border? Very harshly--including starving them in Mexican jails. What hypocricy for Mexican government to protest US enforcing their immigration laws!

I have written to several politicians about my views, and received nothing but praise from them. So do the right thing---speak out against these illegals, and support all action to deport them immediately, or make their life here hell. Supporting them in any way is extreme short-sightedness.

I was recently in a car accident, I came back to work for 1 day, but complications ensued. I missed one day of work since then, got a doctor's excuse and all. My boss said if I miss one more day I am fired. What is up with that? I can't help that.

Every election I never hear about all the nonviolent citizens that are robbed of everything and sent to prison for years to do slave labor for our government .The war in Iraq has about 3,000 casualties in 3 years the war on America has hundreds of thousands each year .These people are robbed of everything they own and sent to prison for years for offenses where there is no victem .Government have been been able to justify victemizing citizens for financial gain to any extent, since the beginning of time (jews ,American indians )This is one level above hitler and neo-nazis and clearly violates our constution .I would like views on this subject .

I went to a modeling event in August which i paid 2000.00 upfront for with my credit card (paid August 3rd). A month later,(Sep 28th), they recharged my credit card another 2000.00 even though I had already paid. I contacted them, they said they would return it but haven't. They took the money out Sept 28th, told me it would be put back and now it's Nov 22 with no sign of the money. Can I sue them? Is it too late? What should I do?

had an argument will a bullying business owner that decided to bill me for her frustration with me. I had an answering service for about 3 months. The worst service imanigable. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the owner called me to refund my money because she wanted to resolve the complaint. I was refunded the money I paid and was offered 3 months free service to see if they could get their act together. 30 days went by and the service got worse plus I received a bill even though my service was supposed to be free. I called the owner back and politely explained I wanted to cancel and she went over the edge. Cursed at me and said that now I owe her $400. I have proof from her stating I owe her nothing, now I received a final bill for $400 saying if I dont pay up in 48 hours she is going to sell the debt to a collection agency....... and place it on my credit. I responded with a letter stating that that is illegal and if she does I will file suit... what are my options?? HELP!
