Well you don't say what languages you DO speak, so that makes it more difficult. If you want to teach but only speak English, stay in England.
That said, if you speak Dutch, the Netherlands is by far the best EU country to settle in. They have a strong economy, good healthcare, and a reasonable state pension system. Crime figures aren't bad either.

that's possible that 20 000 British have emigrated yet i think of that's greater probably that they have got been right here for some years. the two my mom and dad are actually not South African voters. We have been all in Mozambique till we've been forced out to South Africa (resembling the Zimbabweans) Portugal gave us Portuguese citizenship even nonetheless we've no connection to the rustic. with the aid of fact they have been right here for see you later they might grow to be South African voters yet might lose their eu citizenship (an exceedingly risky element to do). they might have chosen to alter their nationality so as that they might vote or to purchase belongings or for some or different reason. that's possible that they chosen to pass right here even with the undeniable fact that that's no longer likely...

How about Italy, read The Broker, it will make you want to go to Italy. Learn the language, and make sure you have all the legal paperwork to legally enter.
Racism is dying, Germany won't be bad soon enough, I think the majority of the people there would welcome you.

England, hands down. I would say come on to America but you'll talk funny and drive on the wrong side of the road. Ah hell who cares about that, come on to Texas we'll make a Texan out you. Forget about Europe unless you stay in Engand.

Holland without a doubt, but not Amsterdam, where you would be just another black in the pack.
I can think of no more civilised or liberal-minded country.
