Intelligence is a very broad subject. Despite what some of the previous people have answered, there are few areas in the intelligence community where members are not permitted to discuss what they do, at least generally. For instance a person who works in Signal Intelligence can tell you that there job is to monitor radio and satellite transmissions. They may even go into how they do it. Most often what they are not permitted to discuss is operational information. This would be whoes signals they are listening to and what they are hearing.
Back to your question. You would want to be more specific. There are many different areas of military intellignce each with their own subdivisions. Some major areas would be imagery analysis, human intelligence, medical intellgence, signal intelligence, wheather analysis and many more. Each focuses on specific areas.
In general, however, military intelligence involves gathering information that will ultimately impact what happens on the battlefield. Most of what goes on is much less exciting and glamorous than what people see on televison or at the cinema.

I don't believe that you will get a serious answer here. Most people in Military Intelligence will not openly come out and acknowledge their position, much less what they know. If they did, they could become a target for a host of other, foreign intelligence services to recruit / blackmail / or otherwise target them for their own intelligence needs.

most people in intel arent going to tell you what they do. most of what they do is classified and there isnt much they can talk about. the one guy i know says what happens at work stays at work, so i dont know if you will find much out.
