Finaly......
On November 20 2006, Judge Richard W. Roberts, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, has ordered the FBI to "correct disclosures" by December 15, 2006 concerning the U.S. government's evacuation of Saudi royals and members of the bin Laden family from the United States immediately following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Judge Roberts wrote:
"The FBI's 220-page annotated production and accompanying Declaration together do not, as they must, provide sufficient detail or precision about the withheld information. The FBI's motion for summary judgment will be denied and the FBI will be directed to file disclosures that fairly meet the requirements of court precedent." Judge Roberts added that in this case the FBI exemption argument of national security "strains credulity."

Main Entry: ir·re·gard·less
Pronunciation: "ir-i-'gärd-l&s
Function: adverb
Etymology: probably blend of irrespective and regardless
nonstandard : REGARDLESS
usage Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that "there is no such word." There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose.

Rush already admitted he just makes stuff up to support his side, irregardless of common sense. Do all conservatives basically do that? Are you really eating some of this cooking you spout on here, or are you playing "attorney" who is going to make an argument for your side no matter what the facts say?

My husband who is US citizen has been a student for past 8 years who just started his new job from this month hasn't applied for a tax return for past 3 years since he hasn't make much money to ask for return.

However I and him are getting ready for the application for a green card but it says he(sponsor) needs to proof tax return of past 3 years which he doesn't.

In this case, what does he need to do? Is there any way to proof the fact he did pay tax but has never asked for return?

He really doesn't want to ask his parent for anything so we can't get anyone to write paper for him. However I have money in my bank that can proof I don't need to be financially supported by him.

If my proof(bank statement) can show I don't have to be supported by him, doesn't he have to supply the tax return?

Thank you in advance.

Republicans keep bringing up all these scandalous democrats and how scandalous the new party is, and then these scandals turn out to be from 1972?

And somehow, that's supposed to be newsworthy in equal to Republican scandals from the past year, and the media is biased for not reporting them with the same enthusiasm?

Do I got this about right? WTF?

Though it isn't likely a draft would be instituted, what would it require for a draft to be put in place? Can the president do it alone? Would it require an act of congress?

Best answer with links gets the 10 points. Thx.

I've just been wondering where the former Thai prime minister Thaksin is now? Last time we know he came to London and since then we have not heard anything about him? Perhaps have UK grantyted him a political asylum or maybe a refugee status? I would not be surprised.

What if your grandma was in a nursing home, and your dad was the go between with her money. It was his job to take her pension and pay the nursing home. But you've found out he stole the money, and the nursing home is talking about discharging her. She owes them 3 to 5 thousand dollars in unpaid rent. And now your dad is trying to skip town to get out of having to answer for it.
Can the nursing home kick her out? What would you do?
