From the news out there:
Settlements 'violate Israeli law'
More than a third of the Jewish settlements in the West Bank are built on privately owned Palestinian land, an Israeli campaign group has reported.
Peace Now says nearly 40% of the land the settlements sit on is, according to official data, "effectively stolen" from Palestinian landowners.
This, the group says, is a violation of Israel's own laws
Settlements in the occupied West Bank are illegal under international law, although Israel rejects this.
About 430,000 Jews live in these residential areas in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
Peace Now called on the Israeli government to return the private land to its Palestinian owners.
In recent years the Israeli government has said repeatedly that it respects Palestinian property rights in the West Bank.
An Israeli official has said the government is reviewing the report.

Pretty much sums up what a 4uked up gov they have, eh????

With the celebrated Mexican novelist Elena Poniatowska
in which she noted:

"Mexico is at this moment
recovering territories it lost in the past to the United States
thanks to emigration.
The common people --
The poor, the uneducated, the dirty, the lice ridden, the roaches
are advancing on the United States,
a country that needs to speak Spanish
because it has 33.5 million Hispanics
who are imposing their culture,"
observed Poniatowska.
"Mexico is recovering the territories
yielded to the United States by means of migratory tactics."

I Did NOT Compose That Paragraph

Now,
I KNOW That Mexico Is " recovering territories "
(Reconquista)
I Know All About That

My Question Is
Do You Agree With " celebrated Mexican novelist "
Elena Poniatowska's Assessment
That The Reconquista Is Being Carried Out By

"The poor, the uneducated, the dirty, the lice ridden, the roaches"

We bought and sold property almost 6 months ago. The solicitor sent us a final bill and deducted all monies due from our free procceeds before sending us a cheque for the balance. At the time, we had no reason to suspect the amount was in any incorrect in fact it was almost exactly what they told us it would be.

Apparentley they made a mistake and now say they undercharged us by £800 and are demanding this amount by return. Can they do this? They have done no more work for us and our invoice clearly said the amount paid was in "full and final settlement"
Help!

If the Federal courts have found that the grand jury selection process in louisiana is inconstitutional, why won't the district courts acknowledge this and make decisions based upon these
findings in court cases for those who are requesting reconsideration of sentencing based upon these findings by the Federal courts?

Please don't use the "the alternative" excuse...We were not in office and there is absolutly no use arguing the out come of a democratic adminstration over the past 6 years. It would have come out either better or worse. We all know the out come of that argument would be decided on partisan lines.

I worked for a movie producer who never paid me.
I registered his name as a website to warn others of my experience.
His lawyers claim I am breaking the law.

Can anyone analyse my website and tell me what (if anything) I should change to keep it legal?

Thanks for looking.

(AP) SALEM, N.H.
Salem Selectman Ronald Belanger, a retired police officer, said "corporations like Wal-Mart already give money several times a year to the police and fire departments. So why not have them buy cruisers and put their names on them?" Belanger has proposed seeking sponsorship from businesses who would pay to have their names on the vehicles and other town property.

Selectman Arthur Barnes, a former fire chief, said after the meeting that if he still ran the fire department, he wouldn't want his trucks to feature company logos.

Kathy Cote, a member of the town budget committee, said "seeking sponsorships wouldn't make much of a dent in taxes." She also believes divisions between town government and businesses should remain intact.

Most anti-illegal immigrants are those Americans lacking education and are most of their time working and competing with Hispanics for jobs and government help. They usually work in a Hispanic environment and often see Hispanics being promoted before them. They usually live in a neighborhood that is predominant Hispanics and they are the disgruntled neighbor. Educated American hardly sees many Hispanic in their work environment and usually do not live in Hispanic neighborhoods. Most Educated Americans appreciate Hispanics because they do work they don’t like to do. Not to be confused with can’t do. Most Educated Americans do not hate but understand

I was hunted down by my birthmom because my SEALED adoption records were opened. It was my understanding that once she relinquished her rights, she couldn't find me. lo and behold, she did.

since that time, i've learned about "search angels" who somehow are able to hunt people down. I often wonder how they do that -- do they have and SHOULD they have access to personal databases? do you think identity theft could be a problem?

This is a serious question , so please serious answers only.
I did ask this question in the German Yahoo Clever also , but I didn't get solid answers. So maybe you can tell me a little bit more.
Does a person needs special requirements to become an UN General Secretary ? Must this person be a member of the UN already ? ( Sorry , but it's kind of difficult to form the right question :-))
I know that the person needs to be a citizen of the participating UN States. And I found out that most of all the people who have been UN General Secretary are also holders of the (Peace noble price ).I hope it is spelled right.

So if anybody can help me with this question , than please do. Maybe here are some smarter people than in the german yahoo clever :-)

Thanks in advance,

J.Z

in stead of spending millions shipping them back we should fine the people that hire them say 22,000 per worker and give 10,000 to the government and 12,000 to the person that turned them in. but there should be a $1500 dollar charge upfront for those that make the claim so it would stop the fraud calls.and stop ALL assistant as far as health care and aide. stop the work and stop the reason for coming and then you wouldnt come until you did the right thing and could earn a living legally.
