I assume you meant non-zionist. The reason is this a backlash againt zionist you state that they represent the view of "all true Jews". While in reality zionist are just an extreme politcal viewpoint and has NOTHING to do with religion or faith.

Israel is not hated by all non-Zionist Jews.
Israel is hated by small Jewish radical sects for religious matters.

"Zionism" is simply the believing in the concept of a Jewish state in the land of Israel.
While the idea serves all Jews and assures them protection (it prevents, for example, the existence of a second Jewish holocaust), many Jews avoid from declaring themselves as "Zionist" as the term raises many negative responses from their non-Jewish environment.

The small groups of radical Jews who DO hate Israel overtly and act against Israel are the sects that believe that establishing a Jewish state on Israel will reject the coming of the Messiah (Naturei Karta, for example).
