You need to re-look at the news and scandals. Both parties are just as bad and both parties have had their fair share of scandals.
The one big issue I have is that, if the Republicans are caught, its all you hear about in the left wing media. If the Democrats are caught, page 10 in the newspaper and very little in the media. I have been a democrat since the 60's and the party, for the most part, left the working man in favor of the labor unions, welfare and the left leaning liberal groups.
They no longer support the working people who pay the taxes, cause they want to tax us even more. I don't care what party is in power, they are all a bunch of crooks and should be run off, starting with Tedd Kennedy. (yes, it was the-late 60's when he killed Mary Jo and got away with it. Its still wrong cause money got him off.)

Sentenced to three years in prison, Marion Barry was convicted of cocaine possession after being caught on videotape smoking crack cocaine, Hazel O'Leary (Secretary of Energy during the Clinton Administration) took trips all over the world as Secretary with as many 50 staff members and at times rented a plane, which was used by Madonna during her concert tours, Henry Cisneros (Democrat - U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from 1993 to 1997) pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of lying to the FBI, James A. Traficant Expelled from Congress after being convicted of corruption charges, Webster Hubbell pleaded guilty to federal mail fraud and tax evasion charges - sentenced to 21 months in prison, Koreagate, U.S. Senator Thomas Dodd diverted $116,000 in campaign and testimonial funds to his own use, Debategate, William Casey insider trading, savings and loan scandal and the Keating Five, Mario Biaggi convicted (1988) in Wedtech scandal of bribery, extortion, racketeering, filing a false tax return, mail fraud, and false financial disclosure; resigned from U.S. House before he could be expelled, Tony Coelho resigned from U.S. House for unethical finance practices including "junk bond" deal in 1989, House Bank scandal, Zoe Baird's nomination as Attorney General and Kimba Wood's subsequent near-nomination were derailed by past employment of illegal aliens as nannies, Vice-President Al Gore (1998) improper fundraising and "no controlling legal authority" defense, Teamstergate: Ron Carey's and Bill Clinton's 1996 campaigns for the Presidency of the union and the US, respectively, swapped Teamster's Union general treasury funds into Clinton's campaign for Clinton Campaign funds into Ron Carey's campaign warchest, Pardongate (1999, 2001), Robert Torricelli bribery scandal (2002), Billygate – 1980, Joseph Biden's Plagiarism, Bill Clinton and Gennifer Flowers.
