What do you think the us should do about terrorists. Terrorists actually pick up kids and forcefully hold them in front of them and shoot above their heads and when the us shoots at them they accidently shoot the children because they are right in front of them. The terrorist also keep ammunition under hospitals, they also hide out in populated cities. They use humans as sheilds. PLZ TELL ME WHAT YOU THIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD DO ? PLZ DO NOT PUT AN ANSWER ABOUT NUKING EVERYONE. WAR IS OK THOUGH

If you have attacked, encouraged an attack, financed or planned an attack against the US or our allies, we will accept your immediate surrender or be ready to be invaded. After securing those terrorists who still exist, we tackle war in and of itself. Through media, common sense, logic and enligtenment, we somehow make peace profitable and convince people to not like money, thereby ending the cause and effect that enables people to distract us with war.

Interesting that people say how violent the Middle East is, check out the murders in the City of Philadelphia this year, the massacres in Africa, children starving in the streets of Calcutta; man's inhumanity knows no borders. To answer the question, It is Never acceptable, by the U.S. rules of engagement or any international agreement, to fire on civilian population. Of course this is violated constantly by terrorists, Israeli's, and Americans, because we do it less does not give us a pass. This can only be stopped by international agreement , that the consequences of such action will bring condemnation by the entire world. If the United Nations were strengthened, instead of weakened by the present administration, there would be less of these incidents. The end of all wars is the Only answer.

Why do you think it is up to the US to stop this? And what makes you think we can? It is an IDEOLOGY. You can't just invade and tell everyone what they need to do and think. To adopt an entirely new ideology (in this case a democracy), it will take an entire cultural transition at the will of the people. And that is not something that can happen in three years time- it could take decades. Do you really think we should stay this invested in the Middle East forever? Our presence has increased the violence and encouraged terrorists. And even if we do get to a point of "stability," it's unlikely that the US will ever truly hand over their government to them. We're imposing some sort of faux democracy and it's a joke. A very expensive one.

the marines are trained for such a war, but, when they put so many restrictions on how to do things and since every situation is different no set of rules can be implemented, and when our men are so afraid of being tried for war crimes or some other B,S they can not operate efficiently, and political correctness is a bunch of s,,, turn our men loose and they will root out the terrorist and kill or capture them and this will end , but not until then,and when they do capture some one no B.S. about humane treatment these people are not going by any rules except to kill and we have got to respond accordingly

The USA needs to get its butt out of the middle east and come home. As well as any other nation we are in right now.
The wars over there are illegal and he (Bush) should be impeached for treason. You can NOT legally declare war on a group of individuals, only a country. We need to secure our borders and prevent any so-called terrorists from entering in the first place.
BTW......FYI, 9-11 was not carried out by any terrorists from other countries. They were only 'blamed' for it.

I think the US is doing a great job fighting a war through the eye of a needle. I'm also thinking that Iraq needs to step up and get a little tougher on the terrorist too.

I think you focus on terrorist leaders... and take them out...

it won't end all terror... but taking out key leaders often weakens any force... sometimes to the point of total elimination of the force...

there seem to be no upper level terrorist leaders in Iraq... killing a bunch of teens won't do any good... there is an infinite supply of those

I don't blame the terrorists or the US the ones I blame are the parents of these kids. These kids are brainwashed by what their parents are telling them. They are never given a chance to develop their own thoughts and opinions and that is half the problem in this world, hate breeds hate.

well,they can't give up.it's very sad that chidren get caught up in stuff they have no control of.the U.S. i think needs better training in gorrilla war fair.but they have to keep battling the war on terror,or no one will be safe.
