If I ask my friend to take a picture of me with my camera, does the picture credit belong to me or to him?

technically it belongs to him. even though it was your idea, he's the one who lined it up and took it.
just like if I come up with the idea for a book, but someone else actually writes it, they get the credit for doing the gruntwork.

It belongs to u cause it's your camera and u can get a double copy of that photo so can give one to him and keep the other one
