People allways talk about it, but doesnt it really depend on what Gun control really is? Are you for outright outlawing guns, or making it so ANYONE, ANYTIME can just buy one at the sput of the moment. Would gun control be kind of the way it is, at least in my state of Michigan where you have to have a criminal check?

I support the death penalty and I believe even juvenile murderers as young as 13 should get the death penalty if they commit first-degree murder.

Christmas of 2005 my son was wounded by an explosive device set by an insurgent. During his flight back to the United States to be have surgeory for his injuries one of his dear friends he graduated with from West Point was killed. Earlier this year two other soldiers of his same battery were kidnapped and tortued to death. A couple of days ago my son informed his mother and I he lost yet another Class mate of West Point. His friend was killed in action. My middle son is currently deployed in Iraq for a second tour. He lost friends on his first tour. This same weekend a suicide bomber killed over 50 people near where he is stationed. This son tells me many soldiers are becoming more vocal about the Iraq war and how it has spinned out of control.
I am hurting because my sons are hurting. I would just like to know from some other parents, sisters, brothers, and friends facing what I am facing what can I do to comfort them? I am at a loss for words? It's difficult.l

There's a couple of black kids in my english class and everytime they talk the teacher corrects their language. Like they say Axed or Aksed instead of Asked, and the teacher kept correcting them on it to the point where one cussed him out and the teacher sent him to the councelors office. Later afterschool I heard that the kid had told the councelor that he was picking on him because he was black and now the Teacher got sent to sensitivity and tolerance training. Why?

A large factor in the Democrat win during the mid term elections was the management of the war in Iraq by Republicans. Most liberals want a complete and unrestricted removal of all US troops from Iraq. So why then is Charlie Rangel's plan for re-instituting the draft and increasing the number of troops gaining support from liberals?
