I was watching Superman Returns last night and it made me wonder how often he gets sued. People will and can sue for anything so I am sure in the real world that he would be sued all the time.
I can see it now: "Superman then flew by the building without regard for the safety of others causing me to spill hot coffee on my legs..."

Three years ago, I lost control of my car on a Two way road. My car was totalled and I had severe bruising. My car crashed into a county school bus, which had come to a complete stop because they saw I had lost control. The school bus driver is suing me for her injuries, which I recall to be none but a sore ankle from bearing down on the brake too hard. She told me this because she came into the hospital to be checked as I was leaving it. I plan to call my insurance company when I get the papers in my hand. (I had my mom to open them) What do I do next? This is a bit scary to me, but I know of SURETY I don't plan to give her a penny. Any Advice would be helpful (your prayers would be too!!!)

Why did it take almost 3 years for PLAN B to be approved for “over the counter” use?
The Food and Drug Administration approved an application 3 months ago making the long-debated emergency contraceptive Plan B, commonly known as the "morning-after pill", available without a prescription to women 18 and older.
The FDA said Barr Laboratories, the maker of Plan B, could begin selling the drug.
Many social conservatives in and out of Congress have battled to keep the drug from becoming available without a prescription. Some say that could encourage promiscuity, and others say use of the pill causes a very early abortion. Their position had for almost three years trumped an overwhelming medical and scientific consensus that the drug could be safety dispensed by a pharmacist without a prescription. Why do the Conservatives always try to put road blocks in front of issues related to women’s health issues, without having the right facts?

Could Dick...through a possible change of heart, find other priorities and decide to join the US Military Reserves as a Reserve Officer after his tenure as VP ends after January of 2009. I think it is possible with a age and medical waiver and considering that he was once VP, it is possible that his wealthy friends could pull a few strings and rules could be streched.

Possible...not probable.

Sri Lanka Is the next hellhole where our boys will intervene, thank you without the Americans, there is no oil here.
When you would know your history than you would know that we send people in advance, to get to know the people and the circumstances.
Would be a good idea to follow up, to learn some languages and to be able to communicate, instead of shooting from the hip and get blasted, remember that poor 75th ranger in Mogadishu ?
