I already checked the eligibility requirements to get into USNA, I just want to know the procedures of getting nominated by the Secretary of the Navy and other factors that would build up my chances of being nominated.

Hello everyone! I have posted several questions in the past 3 months since my daughter got molested by a 10 year old neighbor. I just wanted to update those of you on how our trial went today! The judge found the 10 year old guilty of 2nd degree sexual assault and sentenced him to an indefinite probation period stating that 2 years wasn't long enough and that HE would determine when the probation period would end! He also laid out some very strict rules for the 10 y/o's family to follow - such as a 7pm curfew, no alone time with ANY other children including his siblings, no more spending the night with anyone other than grandparents, a community risk assessment to determine his risk of committing this crime again, no more being tardy to school, no more unexcused absences at school, a "'C" average or better in school, etc.... Justice was served today and to all of those who have been praying for us, please know that your prayers were answered today in the form of a GUILTY verdict!

Gotcha, actually I was a bush supporter, but as of late I've decided against our corrupt democracy all together. We can't trust any of the politicians who claim to be on our side. It seems like no matter who it is, they have some kind of agenda. What we need is a system of government based on the original bill of rights with bits and pieces of socialism and fascism, topped off with some fair and just leaders. That would be the perfect mix to offer safety, security, and freedom without the loose ends and labrynth of bullshit our current government suffers from. Who's with me!? VIVA LA REVOLUCION!!!!!!!!

"WASHINGTON --Vice President Dick Cheney will spend Election Day on his first hunting trip since he accidentally shot a companion last February while aiming at a covey of quail on a private Texas ranch.

The vice president, after working at the White House on Monday morning, will head to South Dakota to spend several days at a private hunting lodge near Pierre. Lea Anne McBride, his press secretary, said it was an annual hunting outing and said Cheney spent Election Day in 2002 at the same lodge."

On Monday, Bush jetted to a conservative corner of Florida's Panhandle, about as far as he could get from the state's three in-play House districts. To the White House's embarrassment and irritation, Republican Charlie Crist, whom Bush came to help in his bid to succeed the president's brother as governor, decided at the last minute to skip the chance to be by the president's side.

I was in a car wreck a few months ago, and was wondering how much compensation I deserve. I was blind sided by I guy driving a van in the wrong lane. He was going 45-50 when he struck me and was obviously cited. He did not have any insurance therefore mine paid to fix my car. I had two doctor visits and a severely sprained neck. I had a laceration on my head also. I still have back and neck pain as I am sure you would imagine I would receive from a blow like that. My insurance company is going to give me a compensation check, they offered me 600.00 which I feel is an ABSOLUTE insult. What kind of numbers should I request? (500.00 dollars towing + 400.000 deductible + inconvenience etc…)

Conservative estimate -- Iraq War Will Cost More-than-$2-Trillion

"Two scholars, one a Nobel Prize winner, revisit their estimate of the true cost of the Iraq war – and find that $2 trillion was too low. They consider not only the current and future budgetary costs, but the economic impact of lives lost, jobs interrupted and oil prices driven higher by political uncertainty in the Middle East."

If the summons to court on a civil case is being persued. Doesn't the court send out a paper with there seal on it and send it directly to the defendant. Or does the plantiff just send it regular mail? But shouldn't it still have the courts seal?

They stole the presidential elections in 2000 and 2004, and now control the corporation (DIEBOLD) that makes the voting machines. In addition, they routinely find ways to suppress the Black vote.
