Do you guys think the age should be lowered to 16? Why or why not.

I live in Arizona, and Sheriff Joe Arpaio has implemented an English-only policy in his jails. It's mandatory for people in jail to learn English and speak English. What do you think? Also, why are we keeping Mexicans in our U.S. jails?

If I call someone a name, like a 'poo poo head', is that slander?

I understand if i call someone like 'a theif' and their is no evidence to support it, it is slander.

But is an opinion on ones character slander? If the above is slander, then if i worded it as, "I think you are a poo poo head", would that no longer be slander?

What happens after the first 12 years of the issue passing. Will money still go to kids or will it all go to the individual business owners who own the gambling machines?
I have yet to come across what happens after 12 years, I have read the amendment and the explanations but none broach this topic. Can anyone help me or direct me to a place I can find out?

Living in the U.S., I've grown tired of this government, and I am wondering about Canada's government. What is it like? Could it be compared to the U.S. government? I don't know much about it but would like to before I ever make plans to move there.

If you aren't aware of the scale of the problem, do a search on your favorite search engine for " voting machine glitch" or something similar. There are problems in different parts of the country, different manufacturers, from various political parties. Something has to be done.

they said that if i did not comply with them they will call the police and have them arrest me! can they do that? and they also addition with that was that they would not let me leave without signing papers stating that i did do it when i really did not. is that illegal?

Do you think it will have a positive or negative impact for republicans or Democrats (US obviously..). I am getting my drivers permit and we got a slip for our parents to sign to be an organ donor. It is our body so why should we need our parents permission to decide what happens to our body when we die? It seems kind of unfair.
