per machine to count ballots , when paper , which is more reliable can be used , sure there is the issue of speed but is it not better for it to be reliable and in the case of a recount it seems more of an importance to know whom won then to know whom won in a shorter amount of time .

also , marry chavez elections .

I hear lots of people complain about the WTO, IMF and World Bank, but I'm not sure I understand the argument. At least on the surface, these organizations appear to try to help developing countries. Any help would be appreciated.

Tonight, in Topeka Kansas, in reference to the War on Terror the President said, "Harsh criticism is not a plan for victory, and second guessing is not a strategy!"

Does he accurately describe the majority of Democrats? If yes, why, if no, why?

I'm sorry you have been misled and misinformed... it's not your fault. It is bigger than us... we have all been betrayed.

Bush is at it again, lying several times a day... telling us voters that the Dems dont have a plan and the corporate media is protecting his lies!

PROOF: 2 months ago Dems. Harry Ried, rolled out the 'Real Security Act of 2006', the plan left no doubt that the Dems clearly have a plan, designed "to provide real national security, restore United States leadership, and implement tough and smart policies to win the war on terror."

"The legislation spells out the tough and smart path to make America more secure and to deal more effectively with threats that confront America at home and abroad."

It was blocked on its first pass by the Senate GOP leadership on September 13, 2006 on a roll-call vote that went ALMOST straight down party lines. The plan WILL RETURN AND PASS after we get the House back! THEY STILL HAVE THE PLANS.
