How come a non-custodial parent be legally allowed to be in child-support arrears for 3 months, but I believe the custodial parent cannot disallow visitation for any amount of time? Is it justice to the custodial parent WILL incur late fees, etc... while the support goes unpaid? Custodial parents need to start standing up to the government about this: it's a joke. No one can survive without money, therefore I say: visitation and child support SHOULD AND DO go hand in hand. Does anyone agree?

And that almost all the time when a democrat asks a question on
Y!A it is one that has to do with real issues with facts that might happen to discredit republicans, but does it in a fair way.
It is definitely a fact that more republicans make questions more often with no purpose other than to attack liberals. They prove to be more immature in my opinion.
Who else has noticed this?

Considering that the present authority in Iraq is nothing but a US rubber stamp. Saddam's crimes determined so far was the political murders of 148 people. Howabout the 1 million political murders caused by the former Indonesian president Soeharto who was a faithful underling of US government ? and the countless government sponsored assasinations of politcal dissidents in MiddleEast dicatotorship friendly to USA ? I am not saying that Saddam should not be given the death penalty, its just that the process should have been carried out by an international tribunal. America under Bush has lost the last thread of credibility in the eye of the world.

Hey,

I was thinking, should there be a "None" option on our voting ballots? Many people in America do not like any current canidates, whether it be corruption, bad views, etc, but I think they'd still "vote" for "None".

This would increase our voting % and give the US government a better view of citizen's opinions.

going on about how we should fight in Iraq? It's not that it's unlady-like or anything. It just seems weird to hear a woman talk in favor of a war in very certain terms and in a overtly violent tone when they would not be drafted even if we were in WW3. I understand that some are military, but the ones I'm talking about aren't and make no mention of sons they have in harms way. It just seems to me that they could turn down the rhetoric a notch or 2. It sounds very chicken hawk to me. It's my opinion that anyone who by disability, deferment or whatever has a right to an opinion to US policy, but to come on as so pro-war when you don't have to be one of the people fighting for his life in some filthy street thousands of miles away---just seems so wrong whether the war is just or not.

There must of been a period of time in history when we actually had intelligent leaders that lived within a budget. I am speaking of time when there was no deficit.

And do the American people know the difference?

do you feel that there will be attacks against the US on US soil because of Iraqi justice? And if so .. sooner than later?

"The hanging of Saddam Hussein will turn to hell for the Americans," said Vitaya Wisethrat, a respected Muslim cleric in Thailand, which has its own Islamic insurgency in the country's south.

"The Saddam case is not a Muslim problem but the problem of America and its domestic politics," he said. "Maybe Bush will use this case to tell the voters that Saddam is dead and that the Americans are safe. But actually the American people will be in more danger with the death of Saddam."
