Pedophiles shouldn't be permitted to walk at all. They should have their spines snapped and forced to crawl like the low life scum that they are.

Most convicted paedophiles that are on probation or parole usually have certain conditions they have to follow. Often these conditions include staying away from parks and school areas. There is usually some kind of distance measurement included (not within 500m of a school etc...). If the paedophile is finished with all the probation time then unfortunately they won't have conditions. In Canada, after a dangerous person is finished with probation police can use a special clause in the criminal code that lets the courts put conditions on someone even after they are done with parole and probation.

No they should not. At the school my kids attend, we have a father who has "served" his time and is now allowed to enter our school. The only thing we as parents can do about this is make him feel as uncomfortable as possible. He had molested his 6 year old male cousin and raped his sister along with an uncle and his father. This happened long before his 16 year old wife gave birth to their first child of four children....He was already in his thirties when he got her pregnant.

NO!! Pedophiles are lucky they get to walk outside of a jail cell at all. They should be kept many miles clear of school zones.

Pedophiles should be shipped off to some uninhabited island where they live with murderers, and rapists until they starve or kill each other. I don't like my tax dollars feeding those pieces of human garbage.. Give em a swiss army knife and let em go..... Oh, and make sure the waters are extremely shark infested too...

,they should not be allowed to be near children period , I think if they have been convicted and on the national registry list they are NOT allowed to live, walk or anything else with in so many feet of schools, school zones etc

no i think convicted and released pedophiles should have a restraining order not allowing them to be within a 1km near schools, parks or playgrounds....they dont need the temptation....and we as parents dont need the stress of these low lives being near our kids....
