I'm not sure. I think they were too busy taking advantage of the "Oil for Food" thing that Iraq was doing. Oh, yeah... And taking bribes. Do you, personally, want a corrupt world government telling you what to do? The Prez didn't. He did what he thought he had to.

The UN did not say anything. The French, Germans, and Russians tried to keep their lucrative financial deals with Saddam.

And for anyon ewho gives her a website, giver her many types, or one that wraps it ALL up. listen to the left, right, middle, semi middle with a sprinkle of right halved with the northeast... you get my point.
