This is not a question about being for or against capital punishment. What I want to know is if you think that the electric chair is cruel and unual punishment. Isn''t death penalty done by the following methods?:
1. electric chair
2. lethal injection
3. shooting range
4. gas chamber

If there are more or if these are wrong let me know.

Also, I realize that we shouldn't have pity on child molestors, rapists and murderers, but still there should be standards on the methods used in the death penalty. Do you agree?

I am an Australian citizen who is currently in the states on a J1 visa. When my visa expires next year in june, i plan on going home. I do however want to come back to the states next year in november to meet up with friends and do a vacation tour. Is there any laws against me applying for a visitor visa after holding a J1 visa? Is there a certain amount of time i have to wait until i am able to come back to the states? What are the chances of being denied a visitor visa to come back?

One for English and one for Spanish? Isn't it time English became our national language and anyone living here was required to learn it and not the other way around?? If I moved to Russia I'd learn Russian, I wouldn't expect the country to make English a second language. Aren't you tired of having to choose between English or Spanish on automated phones when Spanish shouldn't even be an option? Isn't it time we became a little less worried about offending someone and a little more worried about our own heritage and values as Americans slipping away??

Do you agree with his sentencing to be hanged? Do you think it should be a harsher punishment such as a slower, more painful death or a more humane death such as a lethal injection? The government, both the legislative and executive branches need to acknowledge that the current immigration law has been bad from its origination and never was or could be effectively executed.

Legislators need to apologize to the nation and to the illegal immigrants for creating such havoc.

No amnesty for illegal aliens. The current immigration law is bad and it needs to be revoked.

Illegal immigrants should register their presence in the USA by obtaining a worker’s ID from an employment agency and paying a standard processing fee.

Illegal immigrants that could prove that they have stayed here for at least five years should be entitled to obtain a status of permanent resident, opening the venue to citizenship.

Illegal immigrants registering their presence here should pay their past due taxes, with interest, if that is the case. Penalties for not paying taxes on time should be voided.

I'm considering joining the army after high school for money for college. Before I make any decisions, I have some questions I hope you can answer.
