Do you agree with his sentencing to be hanged? Do you think it should be a harsher punishment such as a slower, more painful death or a more humane death such as a lethal injection? Should his life be ended or should he be allowed to live the rest of his natural life behind bars? What are your opinions here? Why do you think what you do?

i think they should tourture him some and then hang him but before they do make him worry when your about to pull the chair from under him and then when he is starting to die while haning there i think they should stone him

On the other hand it doesn't matter what we think because his government has decided as to what his sentence is....His country still believes in hanging and we have no voice....The way it was intended to be once his government took over....He does have 9 appeals.....but in Irac, appeals are not long and drawn out and take years like in the states...I thinkI heard that he will be hanged sometime in 30 days to a few months at the most....Many people will say that he should be tortured like he tortured his people, but I don't....Just do it I guess

I'm against the death penalty so I would go with life behind bars with limited access to the outside world.

I dont think saddam Hussein should be killed. I dont think its right for anyone to be killed for any reason whatsoever. its like saying 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' which is pathetic. I think he should be kept in prison for the rest of his life, and should not be let out for any circumstances whatsoever...

It's out of our hands now, he should be punished by his own people, but we shouldn't trade with any country that tortures or has the death penalty.

Hang him by him thumbs, and slowly dip him in acid, so he feels the pain for a while. Same for Bin Laden.

As a pro-life Catholic Republican, I think he should spend the rest of his life behind bars, but no special treatments, no Muslim food, no softy liberal treatment.
However, it is wonderful to see the NEW IRAQ GOVT at work and making decisions on their own. See, we are winning this war on Terror!!!!!

I think that he should receive what ever sentence the judge and jury of his peers has decided. It is their country and they have their own laws.
