Republicans are the largest group of people who advocate punishing the poor rather than helping the poor stop being poor.
Therefore in a perverse sort of way, they are the biggest cause of people being poor.

What dems blame R's for poverty in the world? If anything, Dems disagree with how R's want to deal with poverty at home and abroad.

That is a flat-out lie and you know it! Democrats do NOT blame republicans for that.
They do, however, blame republicans for not giving much money for social programs and not raising minimum wage.
