Yes if it was necessary, its called an insurrection, civil war, or just a good ole' rebellion, and being from southern West Virginia i dont agree with you using the term redneck war of 1921, even though i realize that this is where the term redneck was coined.
and the people above me need to learn what Fascism truly is!!!!

Depends on the situation:
Assume a group of crazy Americans took a small town hostage, threatening to kill people if the government didn't meet certain demands. Don't you thinkt the government would have a right to use force in this situation? The ATF raids drug houses. Isn't that the government using force against its own people? Do you have a problem with that?
BTW, wouldn't a cop pointing his gun, or shooting back at a criminal be "using force"? On a smaller scale, but still force.

How about Kent State University May 4th 1970, or Ruby Ridge?, Waco Texas? Watts riots inthe 60's... it is not a new thing.
Umm That was Kent State University in Kent Ohio, not Ohio State... 4 kids were killed by national guard troops who were guarding the ROTC building. "tin soldiers and Nixon coming,We're finally on our own This summer I hear the drumming, 4 dead in OHIO" - Crosby Stills Nash and Young

Four dead in Ohio, yes, they would. Students protesting against the Viet Nam "war" were killed by the national guard at Kent State University 05/04/1970.

The government has used force on Americans several times in the past. The Neoconservatives have been pushing policies, such as the dismantling of the Constitution through the Patriot Acts, to do it again. They are preparing every step of the way to abolish the right to travel without permission, to tap everyone's phone, computers, bank and health records.
When they come to usher you out of your house because of a so-called "emergency" will you wind up in one of these?

And even more recently than that. I'm sure someone just got tazed in the time it takes me to write this. Every single day the government uses force on US citizens, it's how we maintain law and order.

I think its a very real possibility they would try in some circumstances. I think it would take a very serious reason (or a very clever lie) to get our troops to take up arms against US citizens in their own streets.

what do you think Ohio state was ? We have in the past but only in riots and a couple of massacres i believe if the president tried to turn our troops on the majority of the people they would tell him to f---- off and we would turn them on him.

I have heard of that they dropped bombs of union coal miners there. I think they are working toward that goal to take this country into a dictatorship
