You yanks don't get it. It is a complete waste of time voting in an American election because the two main parties have basically the same policies and the general trend is to protect the rich from the very poor scum and it does not really matter who you vote for you will get more of the same. The American system is just as oppressive to most of the masses in much the same way as the North Korean model is to some of its masses. What Americans don't know is that they have a right wing extreme regime at all times which is the mirror image of the other regimes they rant about. Believe me, I would not like to live in America and it is the one place on earth that I would not like to visit. And I don't think I will miss anything important by doing just that.

No. I'm not voting for anything on Tuesday because there isn't any election to vote in.

And elections are always held on a Thursday anyway.

Your question is totally stupid.

Definately....for those of you that don't feel that you have time to vote, register as an absentee...that way, you can still make sure that your vote is counted but you don't have to go to the polls that day....Please vote....it does make a difference

I assume you are referring to an election in another country? This is the UK and Ireland site, as far as I'm aware we have no election on Tuesday.

If I could vote, I would. Who's standing?

Of course I am. Can't wait either, I keep getting calls from my party to remember to vote on Tuesday and not to forget my ID. I got it the first time they called and did not forget. See some of you at the polls.
