SOMEONE ELSE asked the question above. One of the folks who responded said the following, word for word:
"the same reason the bush doesn't stop the tobaco co. from selling us poision.if one can get something legally even if it is illegal then who are we to comment."

I responded by saying this....
"Hey dumba** above.... What does tobacco have to do with this issue? We all know what cigarettes do, and I'm sick and tired of hearing people play the blame game simply because they decide to smoke. I was in the second grade when the teacher taught us that tobacco use could possibly cause cancer. We know the risks. But the U.S. is full of a bunch of people who want to file B.S. lawsuits against people/companies simply because they don't want to accept responsibility and wish to make a lazy attempt at getting rich. As far as the question at hand is concerned, NOTHING is at the fault of children, and all children should be able to benefit from whatever opportunities they can regardless of where they are, what laws are in effect, or who is in charge. Children are innocent. Leave the children alone!!!!!!!"
So the REAL question is this:
Why did Yahoo delete my responce? I spoke the truth. Smoking has nothing at all to do with the question.

The person's responce was a smart a** responce.
#1- Tobacco has nothing to do with the issue.
#2- The person implied that people are purposely trying to attain things illegally simply because they can. Quite an assumption being that we are talking about CHILDREN! Of course the parents are at the heart of the matter, but the focus of the question is upon the children since they are the ones who make up the student population at "our" schools.
#3- I merely expressed my opinion, however bluntly. But I have read several other posts on Yahoo answers which go above and beyond being more blunt than mine. So why do you all think that MY post was deleted? Does Yahoo think that it's alright for people to post vulgarity, while thinking that it's inappropriate to type the word "dumba**"? Is there even such a thing as free speech anymore?

I don't think name-calling is such a bad thing, nor do I think that it does anything to belittle an arguement/debate. What would you call someone who supports murder? You would refer to him or her as SOMETHING not-so-pleasant. What's the difference? Apples and oranges? LOL, NOT! Arguements are the same regardless...name calling or not.

The whole anti-smoking lobby is over run with dicks. I should think your country should be giving an education to every single child who wants one, regardless of how they got there. If the nation flaunts its system and brags about how it is the elsupremo place to be - naturally less fortunates are going to want to be there.

I'll assume you've heard all the stuff about how they are taking the resources of legal Americans to benefit the illegals and I'll assume this argument had no or Little effect on you. What you really want to know is if we feel your pain? Do we have a heart? Or are we the cold heart SO B's that you think we are? Well, I can't speak for everyone else but I'm a cold hearted SOB and the more I know about people the better I like dogs and I don't have a dog for a pet, I have a cat. THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY, A CRIME FOR WHICH THEY SHOOT OTHER PEOPLE IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. THEY ARE HERE STEALING SERVICES MEANT FOR CITIZENS. THEY COME ACROSS THE BORDER SO THEY CAN DOWNLOAD A BABY AND STAY IN THIS COUNTRY. THEY ARE SUCKING US DRY, PAY ATTENTION IN SCHOOL NEXT TIME INSTEAD OF SNEAKING OFF TO THE BATHROOM TO SMOKE A JOINT. If these kids really wanted to be citizens they'd turn their folks in to the INS, apply for asylum, and try to get some bleeding heart liberal to adopt them. Oh, that's right, I forgot. You liberals don't have a problem sucking the brains out of babe's in the womb but once out ya want someone else to take care of them. Silly me, I forgot you liberals don't get involved until you've become 'stars' or snagged some rich husband, preferably a gay one, and you want to impress your friends.

Alot of people will just spout of about either the conservatives or liberals in this section, without really answering the questions they are responding to.
It's like they have to get in a certain number of bashes against someone a day.

You can speak the truth in a less offensive manner. Once you cross over to calling people names it shows that your arguement is weak.
Check out the abuse categories. One is name calling/insults. You insulted the other person. You shoul dnot be surprised that your response was deleted.

I dont think illegals should be allowed to do anything in our country if they arent willing to come here through legal means. Everyone should be allowed to seek life in America as long as they go through legal channels. But as for illegals in our schools, Why should someone whos here legally get less one on one time with a teacher because of an illegal. Its not fair.

It is not the children's fault that they are getting an education with our tax dollars. It is the parents who are doing wrong by showing the children that it is OK to be doing something illegally.

They did it because you called them a dumba**. I also believe that Yahoo Answers is hiring illegal aliens as screeners because I always see the anti illegals getting their questions and answers removed more frequently than pro illegals. Did you ever notice that?

Arguments are worthy of attention if they are stated factually and are void of profanity. I saw no facts and did see profanity in your response.
