A hundred years ago,
when this country still had balls and didn't take no crap from the government,
he would have been the first President hung on the front patio of the White House...
or maybe one of the big trees in the back.

It is very possible that he will be found guilty... but the charges must pass both houses of congress first... something that was impossible with the incumbents we have now.

No other country will be allowed to touch him... we have first privilege.

If anyone tried to take Bush to a world court and he refused, saying "You and whose army?", I don't know of one army on the planet that would be capable of taking him there by force.

So regardless of whether he has breached international law or not, there is no prospect of him ever being punished for it as there is no authority powerful enough to bring him to the World Court if he chooses not to go. The only authority that could press charges against him is his own Congress, through impeachment.

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. - Ben Franklin

Noone will arrest him for a few reasons. 1. what entity could come here and take him? What country would dare risk it? our secret service is better armed than most countries.
2. He broke no laws despite what liberal crack heads claim. 3. No court would find him guilty (see no. 2). and we hold the biggest purse strings in the world, noone wants to piss us off, it'd be bad for business. 4. Noone cares enough about Saddam to even attempt it.

English as a second language does not invalidate your opinion. I am american and have wondered the same thing today. I believe Bush is guilty of some horrible things, and what court will hold him accountable? I'm afraid he will never be held accountable... and the american people will pay the price with their lives.

LOL... it's good to see you'll give him a good, fair trial before you hang him. (I'll waive my 10 points, thank you)
