I mean, there's no real point in defending a person who everyone knows committed a crime because they've seen the evidence or actually saw him do it.

I am doing a midterm for a college politics class, and I can't find anywhere on the U.S. census site, or elsewhere, information regarding this years disparity or even in 2005. I need to find information on the percentage of national income each quintile received.

Judicial acountability is on the ballot in several states tomorrow so I ask what is the your oppionion on judicial restraint. Historically the US judicial system was founded on the concept that judges should interpret the law and legelative bodies make the law. according to our founding fathers this was becausecongress is accountable to the people through election while judges being appointed are not. this was done to keep judges politically independant of control (Influence) by the executive and legeslative branches. This dictum has been slowly altered over the last 50-100 yrs and judicial decisions seem to be more and more made independant of current law and much more to do with personal political correctness etc.. To give an example a judge in the northeast a few yrs. back ruled that Jewish Menorra could be diplayed in schools at haunnaka but chritian crosses could not. He based his oppinion on the fact that judaism is a minority religion and needs more protection

IF we are to believe the teachings of the Old and New Testament that our lives are mapped out for each and every one of us before we are born, and God is all-knowing and all-seeing, can God be found to be guilty of "aiding and abetting"?

By way of added information, I include info of a 2001 film - Man who sued God - a film in which a lawyer characters' boat was struck by lightening and the Insurance refused to pay up due to "Act of God"; because one can't "sue God" he sued the Church instead "as His representative.

It is clear he is not a righteous man for the simple fact he sent young men and women to their deaths in the desert sands of IRAQ to a war based on LIES. No righteous GOD fearing man who prays would do that. If you disagree and think hes a great leader name 5 things he has done positive for this country in the past 6 years? God bless America!

Most pro-choicers say its their(woman's) body, their chocie... along with it has nothing to do with government, or for people who just think its wrong "if you dont like abortion, don't get one" right?....

Well riddle me this... The 16 year olds that don't tell their parents or even over 18s with no husband or job go to the clinic and can get an abortion for free... Oh but wait... its not free, the government picks up the tab using our taxes!!! Now it is our problem, it does effect us. Now its back to being a political issue. (Most) republicans would say something to the effect of "we will use your taxes to support single mothers and we won't use your taxes to kill children." (Most) democrats would say something to the effect of "we believe that its not wrong to abort an undeveloped fetus and we will give 'X' % of your taxes to clinics to help women in want or need of an abortion."

Am I making any sence people? Give me your thoughts on this arguement.

m it. there was no real war against drugs like there is no real war against terrirost. My question is , do it seem that our goverments wants us all strung out on some kind of drugs, be it legal type or illegal. It seem they want us all out of our minds. Under control by some kind drug would mean complete world order of the people all need drugs to just live day to day....I thought who is controlling the goverments....aliens ?
