Could I become an Officer (O1-O9) , and still be in Army National Guard?

yes of course you can. you join the National Guard and take officer training. it's the same process as joining the Army through OCS except after training you end up in the National Guard. you'll need a college degree of course.

The National Guard is commanded by officers isn't it? Those officers are in the National Guard aren't they? Any army recruiter be able to answer this in their sleep.
