Furthermore, no false claim is being made against the individual in question. Hence the statement you asserted, in and of itself, cannot prevent that person from succeeding in life, or cost them anything of value, hence I don’t believe it can be categorized as slander. It is juvenile though.

Poo poo head is a slur or an epithet - not slander. Slander involves defamation of character or reputation. Truth is the best defense against a charge of slander, so if in doubt, find some poo poo to put on the head of the party making the charge.
