When your approaching a school zone and your traveling the speed limit, say 40 mph and you need to slow to 20. Is there a specific law stating you must be going 20 mph when you cross the line/sign that says school zone, or can you slow down as you enter. (In my case, I started slowing down just before I entered the zone and the officer clocked me at 33mph just as my front bumper crossed the line, but not joking, was hitting twenty, as in he clocked me as I was hitting my brakes. By the time my entire car had entered the desired line, I was travelling at 20 mph, yet he still pulled me over.)
