I think they choked the chickens. Rummy made a hefty profit even though the scare just lasted a year. I know pharmacists who were hoarding the tamiflu. Problem is, it expires rapidly, and you have to buy more, more, more!
What next? Aluminum hats to keep the aliens away? Who gets the profits on foil?

Aahhh the media "Turkey" flu... Yes you are right, it was moving closer to us country by country...and then all of a sudden the news stopped? talking about Bird flu.
Last winter all the hospital emergency rooms here were overflowing with flu cases. Many people got the Pnumonia. And unlike years past, most needed anti-biotics to get better.
Maybe they are prepping us for biological warefare and/or a flu pandemic that is supposed to hit us soon.
