mexico, and Wage gaps in Untied States, and even rural areas in USA?

I wonder what wage ratio with Untied States would slow down immigration to Mexico. Im thinking its gotta be higher than Western Europe because of the fact states like West Virginia, and North Dakota been losing population because the wages in Major cities are higher. Twin Cities, or Washington, Baltimore make 30% to 80% more than people in outstate areas and North Dakota, West Virgnia. North Dakota is losing population for the same reason as people leave mexico because of a lack of jobs, and ecnomic growth in those areas. I figure wage gaps draws people no matter what and I think were in catch 22. Even if you deported every illegal we put the strain on the rural areas where the wages are 50% lower and the jobs are scare, so we need to figure out how to balance population inflows urban vs rural settings

I'd like to start a discussion, so to speak, about the title "military spouse".?

Am I the only one bothered by this title placed apon me? The very second my husband became a soldier, I ceased to become a person with a name. I'm no longer Mrs. or any spin off of the sort. When I recieve letters from the military it is ALWAYS *Dear Military Spouse*. Now, I realize they must send thousands apon thousands of these very same letters to other wife's, and husband's but so does, let's say, the phone company, and they seem to place a name on the top of that sheet, without a problem.Let me give a few more examples as to why this grates on my nerves, like nails to a chalkboard. While my husband was in basic training, and during his graduation ceremony, I flew to visit, and such as we all do. I, being the lucky person that I am, happen to be there for *Military Spouse Appreciation Day!* I was totally taken aback by this special holiday. And what did I recieve from the military as a gift? Surprise! A free copy of military spouse magazine. I was ....

can anyone tell me a website where to ask or just answer the Q?

in a case study i am working on the defendant was charged and a change in the charge accured after 6 weeks. it was an importation class a drug namingly diamorphine and changed to cocain. does the defendant have to be officially charged again after the change of the drug? technically it is still a class a drug. just the 'namingly' did change. could anybody give me the solution for that problem? it is doing my head in.

Assuming the United States were to declair Marital Law, what would be the ethics of resistance?

Assuming the American Government were to declair martial law and eliminate all civil rights- such as, but not limited to habius corpus ("the body of evidence" as an example which has been law for 800 years) Where would the ethical line be crossed between obediance to the Government, and a Resistance Movement?

I was thinking its been almost 20 years now since a US Marine Captain asked his Marines if they would do house to house sezure of weapons if ordered- he was relieved of command. But looking at the rate the government is almost abusing its people where would you draw the line?
