What I'm trying to figure out is, What is the highest law of the land? The Constitution of the United States, then the President, then Congress, then the Supreme Court?

What order should they be in? I know its a mix of "Checks and balances" but the President has ignored or bypassed Congress at least 750 times claiming "Executive Privlige"?

Or am I missing something here? Thank You

Since it is completely legal to smoke weed at coffeehouses in Amsterdam, if I smoke there and then my employer makes me take a drug test back in the states and it comes back positive, is that grounds for termination (since the marijuana was legal)?

BUSH: We will stay the course. [8/30/06]

BUSH: We will stay the course, we will complete the job in Iraq. [8/4/05]

BUSH: We will stay the course until the job is done, Steve. And the temptation is to try to get the President or somebody to put a timetable on the definition of getting the job done. We’re just going to stay the course. [12/15/03]

BUSH: And my message today to those in Iraq is: We’ll stay the course. [4/13/04]

BUSH: And that’s why we’re going to stay the course in Iraq. And that’s why when we say something in Iraq, we’re going to do it. [4/16/04]

BUSH: And so we’ve got tough action in Iraq. But we will stay the course. [4/5/04]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
So now Bush says he never was "Stay The Course"
Is he flip flopping or lying?

I'm not saying that a certain religion be choosen over the rest but rather all religions be thoroughly taught, like in any other class, by people with an understanding for it all. Religion has about as much an impact as politics, math and science in our everyday world and so should therefore be understood.
