It won't work. People manage to get caught robbing banks wearing masks, botox isn't that good.
However, here's what I'd recommend.
Rob the bank without a mask or disguise of any kind, including clothes. Rob the bank stark naked.
As soon as you clear out of the bank, go immediately to your confederate, who happens to be a plastic surgeon, and have a sex change.
That'll fool 'em for sure. Let me know how it works out.

Botox relaxes the muscles so you can't frown easily. You will still look like you.
