Well that just shows your own ignorance. Mexicans are from Mexico. The Hispanics from Cuba, Nicaragua, and El Salvador are mostly here legally because of differences in the Immigration laws. It is very difficult to immigrate from Mexico unless you are married to a citizen or a Permanent Resident, have a high paying power job, or are extravagantly rich. El Savador and Nicaragua had wars and they have special permits to be here as refugees and the Cubans have wet foot/dry foot... If they touch US soil, they can get asylum.

Are you insane or just ignorant? (Illegal Mexicans from Cuba, jeez) That said, even if leaving one's country is illegal, that does not make the person a refugee. A person is a refugee if they are displaced from their home due to some outside force, like civil war, not their decision to leave contrary to law. And who told you that emigration from Nicaragua and El Salvador is illegal? Maybe it was twenty years ago, but not today.

Don't know where you are from or what your point is or even if you are in your right mind but it would seem you might be of the ilk that we do not need or want in this USA country.
Take the question/concern to the USA immigration service and let them legally interpret what it is you/they are seeking. If it can be determined they are truly refugees, they may be admitted LEGALLY.
If they come here (USA) illegally, they can expect incarceration, deportation and to be treated generally as the criminals they may be.

What about the illegal Mexican from Cuba?

Well, if he came illegally, he'll be deported right along with the rest of the illegal aliens!

That's not even funny. Mexicans come from Mexico. We know that not all hispanics are Mexicans. Really! I hope you weren't being serious.

I do not know them. Who are they? And what about them ? Could they be the criminal element trying to get away? since it is illegal for them to leave in the first place ?
