i have heraldic duty or the head of the deer
also called the hart
the dexter position of the qld state shield is borne of the hart/deer
can a court that deems its authority from the bearer of the state shield make judgment over the head of the deer claining back heraldic right because of percieved and real offenses over its people
it surly is a matter of heraldic juristiction
following the ancient right of the deer i have scent marked my clain
im in court on thursday claiming the court has no juristiction
that no doudt will be over ruled ,thus will be set the lower court precident that brings down the whole farce.

Head should always rule the heart, but in india people are very much Centimental, In indians heart rules the head, Whatever comes to heart with all emotions, they'll do it, if its right they'll be happy, otherwise they'll suffer afterwards.
