I don't know how it is in Jersey, but in Florida if you get pulled over for speeding or anything for that matter, and not given a ticket, that's great. It is a warning, but probably the cop would tell you what he's pulling you over for and what it means. I know for sure it doesn't affect your insurance and there are no points on your license if it's just a warning. Hope this helps you.

Yes, it is considered a warning. It has no impact on your driving record or insurance. Many NJ police departments do not even have the means to issue a written warning. It is not required. If you didn't get the ticket at the time of the stop, consider yourself warned.

It doesn't effect any of the above. Even if you are given a ticket, it doesn't always effect any of the above. You must be convicted of the offense before DMV or your insurance company gets wind of it and even that takes a few weeks to happen.
Sometimes an officer will tell you that this is a warning and your name is going into the computer. This way if you are pulled over again, a flag will come up saying you've been spoken to already, it's time to write a ticket.

That is considered a verbal warning. It is not put on your record or affect your insurance. I think it also depends on how cooperative you were with the officer, how fast you were going over the speed limit and if you were wearing your seat belt. Had you been going 15+mph over the speed limit in a residential area and were rude to the police officer you would have definitely gotten a ticket. Watch those speed limit signs; speeding tickets can be spendy and they do go on your record!

Hopefully it affects your driving and you will be more cautious next time. Other than that it affects nothing. Even a written warning is only for the records of that officers agency. In order for any citation to affect anything (insurance, driving history, etc...) you must be given the opportunity to plead your case in court.

it extremely relies upon. in case you're using dangerously they could decelerate and enable the helicopter save on with you. It additionally relies upon what automobile the police are using and in the event that they're sat nevertheless or already going. The Italian Police have Lambo's so as that they are greater in all probability to seize up. even regardless of the shown fact that if youpersistent previous a interior of sight police automobile in England using 2 hundred mph I doubt there going to harass attempting to seize you.

The cop lets you know if it is a verbal warning. If you get a written one even, it does not go on your record
