Agree with both above -- it's Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The Rehnquist Court (1994 to 2005) was made up of 3 conservative people, 2 moderately conservative people, and 4 moderately liberal people. Basically, the 3 conservatives and the 2 nearer the center banded together a majority of the time, producing a lot of 5 to 4 decisions that tilted rightward. But the unpredictability of the 2 nearest the center resulted in a number of conspicuously, surprisingly liberal decisions.

I think they are all crooks.

Agree with the first answer. The Renquist Court ended up more conservative than liberal, but the Conservatives didn't have it all their own way.

In case you're interested the B in the Justice's name stands for Bader, which is commonly used in referring to her.
