Why is there so much venom spewed at Hillary? I hear and read it all the time on right wing radio and Yahoo Answers things said about her that go beyond partisan politics. She's called the devil and a great threat to the US, etc. If you don't like Hillary I would really like to know what she has said or done to make you feel that way. I'll only select an answer as best if it includes specific reasons. Not partisan rhetoric.

I mean, if there were checks and balances, we would have to blame dems too, for not checking the repubs. So, has Bush, in his quest to load all positions in gov't with his buddies, qualified or not, divided this country to this extent? And I already know that this isn't the first time we have been divided, just the MOST we have been...

From what I know, Hitler did not really like Austrians very much. This was in spite of the fact he was Austrian.

Did he manipulate them during the Second World War? What did he do?

the fact that there are 2 big parties in the US doesnt impress me. both parties, instead of focusing on how they can make the country better, are focusing on how they can make the other party worse. instead of hoping that the other party is right and working with them, they are hoping that they are wrong and trying to work against them. there are some obvious problems in both, both make bad decisions that were obvious from the beginning. but you cant deny that whenver one side has a good idea, it become demonized by the other side, and all you will hear about the idea are lies and accusations, *only* because the good idea didnt come from their own party, but if their own party were to come up with it then they would have no problem accepting it. with this in mind, would it be a good idea to break up the Reps and the Dems, and make smaller parties with more specific goals?

Why do military folks believe that people who are anti-violence and anti-war unpatriotic? Furthermore, why do they believe that if you don't love "Dubya" that you are unpatriotic? Why do military people profess their intelligence when they say things like "you are a tard"? Which was sent to me from a fellow who has been in the military for 7 years. I understand that military people often come from the lower socio-economic parts of our populace, but why do they try to pretend they are the best and the brightest when really they are trained to not think for themselves, and are fed slop information and propoganda from a maddeningly conservative administration? If you are unable to respond with an honest, thought out explaination, please, atleast keep your drivel to a minimum.

Despite previous administration denials Bob Woodward's book has bought to light the fact that the Bushies were warned of an imminent attack on American soil by Al-Quaeda. George Tenet met with Condi Rice and then Rumsfield and Ashcroft in June 2001. This was more than two months before September 11th. At first Condi and Rummy tried to weasel their way out of it saying they did not meet with him, but records show it is true their was a meeting. So they have been lying for 5 years that they did not get any forewarning that Al-Quaeda was going to attack.

The original Contract with America was very successful in turning 54 U.S. House Congressional seats over to the Republicans during the 1994 midterm elections and in creating a Republican Congressional majority. Today, the Republican Party is struggling to maintain their federal majority, and the "Foley problems" are not helping the Republicans. With the past success that the origional Contract with America created for Republicans, why not create another "Contract with America" list of issues that Republicans in both U.S. House of Representative races and in U.S. Senate races can successfully use as a political benchmark to run on and to use as a visual aid for the general public to see? Having such a list availiable would also create a "political moral boost" for the Republican Party. Preachers of hate speech and those who practice anti-Republicanism and general leftist politics anywhere in the world need not apply to this question.
