"Pro Bono recruits and coordinates volunteers attorneys to assist low-income families and individuals with civil legal problems involving family law, domestic violence, debt relief, evictions, special education, federal income tax disputes and simple wills. To access Pro Bono, contact the Legal Advice & Referral Center @ 1-800-639-5290. Pro Bono also operates the DOVE Project in partnership with crisis centers (including the Monadnock Center for Violence Prevention) to provide domestic violence survivors with representation at final restraining order hearings. Help with income tax problems is offered through Pro Bono's Low-Income Taxpayer Project @ 228-6028."
