People are so quick to defend a lie, the same people wanted Clinton impeached for a lie regarding a BJ you don't hear a peep when it comes to the deaths of many, many people. Some of them defend him based on "How could he have known that they were going to fly a plane into the WTC??". Well to answer that they had been running simulations on just such a scenario since 1996 that piece of information is conveniently forgotten. In fact, I bet people don't know this, their was a simulation of a plane being flown into the pentagon. In addicting, the pilot that flew the plane in the simulation exercise in 1998, was ...SURPRISE!! The airline pilot of the plane that flew into the Pentagon, after retiring he became an airline pilot and coincidentally piloting the plane that was hijacked. Back to the original question no matter the outrage the conveniently forgotten meeting, or the truth stretched the lambs will continue to support treason that is being committed.

Yeah, I like Rice's selective memory loss. Textbook, real textbook. The Bush gang has been caught in so many lies, more seem to have no effect, it's just expected of them, business as usual, expect more, lots more.
I'm still waiting for an Iraqi to fire the first bullet on American soil, then set up huge Iraqi military bases in the US and start sucking the US oil supply dry.
Bully Bush went over there and creamed them, shock and awe style, and still he can't get enough of it. Bush defines the word terrorist. Would someone please buy him a video game so he can leave real people alone. If he still insists on killing something, get him to go out and kill some birds with Cheney.
It's no wonder the world hates the US for trespassing on them and turning people and cities to rubble. It's like the US doesn't have enough to do at home.

I am not sure if it is not that people are not outraged, it is many do not know what to do next. We have done the peaceful protest thing and sure, we get heard a little and get insulted a lot. Now they have this new act/bill out that makes it where they can say you are a terrorist and just saying so is cause enough to take you and torture you to get you to confess to what they want you to say.
There is also the fear that you will stand alone and a one man sacrifice is not going to make a big dent in the whole works.
Finally, if we did complain and really make a mess of things, what progress will we make if they do nothing but ignore us. What is worse is when they say, opps and sorry and a mass of people call them human for it!
I am not saying, do nothing. But we have to make sure that we are able to really make a difference. I am at a loss on how to do that at this time.

because most ppl are SHEEP Baaaaaaa BAaaaaaaa they refuse to look at the other side and will not give any other view even a moments consideration and all the ppl that you are prb. going to get blasting you are just more of the same if they took the time to educate themselves and to do just a little bit of research you would see that the Bush admin. knew for a long time and i don't understand why these ppl think that just because a pres. (Clinton) leaves office he takes all the secrets and knowledge with him its just ridiculous to say that Bush had no knowledge while at the same time blaming Clinton and saying he knew all about it just more examples of the SHEEP believing whatever they are told by there precious Republicans i mean come on ppl our gov. does NOT look out for the best interest of the ppl rep. or dem. they are both equally evil and self centered so WAKE UP AMERICA

Uh huh. Does anyone know what was said at this meeting?
Now, if it can be proven that Tenet said something like this:
"On September 11 of this year, that's about two months from now, nineteen hijackers are going to hijack four planes. Here is the airport they're flying out of, and here are the flight numbers. Oh, and here are the names of all nineteen of the hijackers, their pictures, and where they live. They're going to fly two of the planes into the World Trade Center, one into the Pentagon, and for the fourth, we're receiving unconfirmed reports that either Camp David, the White House, or the Capitol Building is their target. Go get 'em!"
Then yes, I'll be shouting for Bush's head as well as everyone in his administration. But you see, I REALLY doubt that that's what was said.

I am outraged. I am terribly angry. Two months should have been more than enough time to verify the information given by Tenet, determine by divine providence that the attacks would come by way of a never-before used method of destruction, clearly view in the presidential crystal ball the exact date and time of these attacks, call in the FAA, DOJ, DOD, DOT, CIA, EPA, VA, FHA, FDC, FCC, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics to focus on a small faceless group of illegally present extremists, locate and arrest them (under suspicion for being suspicious), interrogate them (with kindness of course), allow them to deny any knowledge, deport them, and end the 'emminent' threat while remaining warm and fuzzy.
If you detect tongue-in-cheek humor here, you should apply to the NSA.
Remember Pearl Harbor...

Because they have jobs, and gas is back down to $2.25 a gallon. Silly question. Can't wait for a change in administrations, though, this one has gotten a bit too big for its britches.

Both Clinton and Bush had all sorts of warnings, but not enough real info. So you expected Bush to be able to see into the future?

It's called the SHEEP theory:
Referring to the state where one or a group of human beings act as herd of SHEEP munching & waiting for their turn to be slaughtered.
