I Recycle, I don't smoke, and I cant afford to run my heat high, I cant afford to drive everywhere.( so I walk to most places) I cant afford to waste water... I where clothes from second hand shops..So I would say I am doing My part !

Many people are living in a state of denial about polution and green house gases. They cling to the idea that we are in a natural cycle and ignore the obvious. It will soon be too late to change the course of what will happen, for we will pass critical state (within aobut 8 years by scientist's calculations). It does NOT behove the energy companies to do anything about these emitted gasses, for that would cost them big dollars..won't happen in a dollar driven world. good luck

Look up the Kyoto Protocol introduced to the UN and accepted by most countries but not the US because they feel it would step on their sovereignty.
