Kinky Friedman- Texas Gubernatorial candidate. Many of us from around the country are watching this race VERY CLOSELY.

Kinky AN INDEPENDENT would increase National Guard troops on the border from 1,500 to 10,000 and impose 25,000 to $50,000 fines on companies that hire illegal immigrants.

Foreign nationals seeking employment would purchase a foreign taxpayer ID card once they have passed a criminal background check.

Friedman is calling for $100 million to be allocated immediately in Houston to fight crime and increase the number of police officers on the streets.

Kinky would de-criminalize Marijuana.

Feelings on gun control: "The second amendment is every bit as important as the others."

He would close corporate loopholes so that the 10,000 Texas businesses that are not currently paying taxes, will.

They like unions. They raise taxes on opressed millionaires and lower them on poor people. They think our water and air should be clean and that trees are good. They believe old people have a right to retirement after working for decades. They think war is the last answer. They believe that homosexuals should be able to choose who they want to marry.

Who has these radical, hateful ideas? Liberals. And they have the most incorrect opinions. There are so many Demon-crats and liberals at my school and I hate having to argue with their inferior platform.

I like to ask how other conservatives deal with these mentally retarded liberals. If one tries to talk to me, I start quoting from Ann Coulter, and I've found that keeps them away.

What do you guys think?

I wish to ask a simple question which possess no simple answer. Would you not agree that our society has become far too politically correct for its own good? If we are to continue any actuall debate or sociatal discourse we must not be afraid to hurt peoples feelings. No matter which way you go if you have an opinion you will hurt someones feellings. Deal with it!

Honestly, we should have all realized this years ago.
Well my question is...what if insurgents from IRAQ (or Afghanistan) were to pull off a similar attack such as 9/11. Would you still support how Bush is handling things? Please support your answer.

today he was arrested for jumping turnstile on subway and resisting arrested.He is suppose to start an alcohol abuse program next week as an in patient. Do you think the judge will be lenient and give him community service and fine with stipulation that he stays in alcohol program..help!!

Well if they didn't have strict immigration laws......Then what would we do? Would your suggestion be to seal the entire Mexican country so that the Guatemalans, Hondurans, El Salvadorians among the many other 3rd world countries situated below them would flood into our country too. So in essence they are protecting their neighbors the USA from an even larger influx of illegal immigrants. Do you think these immigrants main goal is to immigrate to Mexico for all of the wonderful jobs. Think about it their destination is the good old USA..........My grandmother stated think before you speak......It is a good idea huh.

The Democratic party used to be home to the vast majority of Catholic voters.

First off, I never touched her, its a harassment one in wisconsin, I went to her place after we had a nasty argument, where she said I would never know any information till the baby is born, and we all know miscarriages happen, I just want to know pregnancy details and leave her alone. Previous incidents include me going to her mother's to talk with her, or when she went to her mom's work, I went there to talk, I never threatened harm, im guilty of being impatient and wanting to resolve conflict, but these got thrown in my face in court as stalking. We broke up several times and got back together, her friends wrote letters saying I was parked outside of her place, when inreality I was in her apartment and she was afraid to tell her friends we were still sleeping together.Her friend said she witnessed me being physical when my ex denied it to her and me. I feel like I got jobbed,I was an *** during the arguments and said hurtful things, but she did to, do I have a leg to stand on?

Being American, most of us have very little knowledge of politcs in other countries. As a woman concerned with the survival of western Culture and history, I am closely watching the news about Islam in Europe. I can say, that our problem with Illegals fails to seem as important as your struggle with Muslims. I hope that readers will take notice of your problems, because the future of the planet depends on how Europe and England faces the issues and deals with them in a manner that is in the best interest of their culture and history. My stepfather and mother, recently sued my husband and I (daughter), under false pretenses. The complaint filed contained stories of lies. Their testimony was based on lies, yet the court excepted this as sufficient evidence to rule against us. The court would'nt even considered reviewing the hard evidence (notorized documents,police reports,witnesses etc.). The court based it's judement under the "Bad Daughter" rule book. If the parents say it's true it must be. WRONG! I am 39yrs old, I believe I was served a Big Cup of Predjudice .
