Considering that the Bush administration has gone down in history as one of the 5 worst, I guess it would have to be the Clinton. The only ones that have surpassed the Bush administratrion are Harding, Grant, Jackson and Hoover. Interesting how 4 of the 5 are Republican. Of course the Bush administration is not finished. It might wind up at the bottom of the heap.

I was not a huge fan of Clinton, he depleted our military, and made too many promises he couldn't keep. Had no ethics, or honor. Plus his wife is an idiot. However he was the sitting president during a booming economy. Bush has improved our Military, has brought the term lady back the the title first lady, but has bankrupt a record amount of people in this country. The term outsourcing was created under the Clinton Administration, but has been perfected under the bush administration. Clinton had gore who invented the internet, and Bush has Cheney who shot a lawyer. Wait a minute I think thats the kicker. Cheney shot a lawyer. I think the Bush Government is better.
Honestly they are both a couple of idiots, and cowards. I did right by not voting for Clinton, but I screwed up and voted for Bush twice.
I just wish some one in Washington would see the wizard for a brain and a concience. Unfortunately the perfect president can no longer afford to run. Never again will I vote for someone that wants to lead this country but refused to protect her.

Clinton...remember when the budget had a surplus? Remember when we made good money & we, the middle & lower classes weren't paying the taxes of the rich? Remember when the environment actually meant something to the government? Remember when the only thing people had to worry about was a stain on a girls dress, that she didn't clean because she wanted to get the president in trouble? Yes, he was a snake, but we had a booming economy & not even a third of the problems we have now & will have for the next 2 years!

A Clinton Government, remember back when he was pres....remember the deficit? You can't??? That's because because of Clinton we had a surplus of billions, but just a soon as Bush was elected, it all disappeared and we have the HUGE deficit of today, Also look at the crap in Iraq...the only reason we are there right now is that he tried to finish was his daddy couldn't. BUSH SUCKS.....if Hilary runs I'll vote for her, along with EVERYONE ELSE I KNOW.....

Clinton.

There was no war on Clinton's watch, no high gas prices, no threat to Social Security, less unemployment, more creation of good, quality jobs. America was working like it is supposed to work under Clinton.

Under Bush, we have the needless war, gas prices rising because he destablized the Middle East with the war and occupation, and actual effort on his part to kill Social Security, the highest unemployment since the first year of The Great Depression on his watch, and lots of greedy robber baron skimming, like Haliburton, but no real creation of quality jobs. Thus, the Middle Class continues shrinking under Bush.

The only thing Bush's supporters have ever had on Clinton was the lie about Monica Lewinsky. That is all. And that is nothing compared to 3000 dead in Iraq. (Yes, that's right sports fans: American deaths in Iraq have actually equalled and surpassed the lives lost on 9/11. MADNESS!!!)

Clinton's had less unemployment, a bursting-through-the-roof economy, higher morals and ethics (the bj is nothing compared to Bush's "values"), a reduced deficit, a higher approval rating, a higher standard of living for the middle class, and net profit surplus of $127 billion.

Bush's has more unemployment, a lower standard of living for the middle-class, a lower approval rating, a worsened economy, a president who spies on his own people and violates international law, and a HUGE disapproval from all around the world.
You do the math.

CLINTON, for many reasons. lets see, clinton had the national debt to zero, he ran things better and people actually liked him. who cares if he got a bj thumbs up to him. hes not the first, and hes definately not the last. bush is just a moron, listen to his speeches on cnn, he rarely ever makes any sense. the national debt is in the trillions, while bush is making millions in the oil company he owns. that shows how much he cares about the american people. he is just using his presidency as a business opportunity to buy and sell more oil. what do you think the war on iraq is for??? more oil! he sure as hell doesnt care about the welfare of the iraqi people, nor the countless number of men that have to suffer over there

Bush has had to deal with the war that Clinton didn't have. Clinton had to deal with his s*x in the white house that Bush doesn't have. Both had to deal with OBL in one way or the other. I would say time will tell which one has been the best.
